The buildings include 3040 post oak boulevard; a 22-story office building that contains 442, 000 square feet and was completed in 1982. After its completion, the building was named & quot; the international office building of the year& quot; by the building owners and managers association. 3000 post oak boulevard is a 20-story office building that contains 462, 000 square feet and was completed in 1978. 3050 post oak boulevard is a 17-story office building that contains 349, 000 square feet and was completed in 1980.
